Good product and bargain

Item arrived very quickly to me, the selection of shoes that Shoeaholics sell are decent and stylish.

Only downside was the refund. Quickly informed customer services there was a problem after a week of receiving the confirmation email that shoes arrived back their side. Customer services was prompt. Refund request was stuck in the system and I eventually got my refund back 1 month after returning.

Other than that, seems like a great website.

The delivery of my shoes and bag was excellent, and the quality of my purchases was amazing. I had both bag and shoes for my daughter's wedding, they looked fabulous. Thank you.

Bought 2 items very reasonable price and good quality, would definitely recommend.

Delivery was so fast but unfortunately the trainers were too big! Easy to return though and refund was very quick! Would buy again for sure.

The Black trainers I got, Has a very bad lining inside, it hurts my leg..

My shoes arrived very promptly except for one item which needed to be dispatched from a store. That took a few days longer but I was advised of this. Return was very straightforward and acknowledged quickly.

I’m always happy with my Shoeaholics purchases. Delivery is quick and on this occasion I had to return an item which was also seamless. Products are always excellent quality

If I could give less I would. I was refused a purchase because I did not have an active email address. This is absolutely diabolical in 2022 to be told you can not get a paper receipt for a purchase. Do better!
